The agreement between you and Coastal Carolina Tech LLC for the use of Dream Maker.
Last updated 2 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Dream Maker, operated by Coastal Carolina Tech LLC. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You own your content. Your code, the memory your fleet builds and anything else you bring to the service remain yours. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host and process that content in order to provide the service to you.
You agree not to use the service to:
You supply your own model provider credentials and are responsible for your agreement with that provider, including their fees and their acceptable use rules.
You may use the service through the Dream Mind plugin for Claude Code or the Dream Mind connector from Claude, Cowork or another MCP client. Actions an assistant takes through them with your API key are actions under your account, and you are responsible for the access you give it — including choosing a read-only connection where an assistant should not write. Your use of the assistant itself is governed by its provider's terms. The plugin is licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0; the service it connects to is governed by these terms.
Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic. Dream Mind works with them; it is not made, endorsed or supported by Anthropic. Write to us, not to Anthropic, for support.
Paid plans are billed monthly for the period just ended, prorated to the second across any change of plan, unless agreed otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe: by adding a payment method you authorise us to charge it for each invoice when it is raised. If a charge fails, your account is past due; if it is still unpaid seven days later, we may suspend the account until it is paid. Suspension stops new work but deletes nothing, and your usage stays visible so you can see what is owed. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give at least 30 days' notice before a price change affecting your plan.
We work to keep the service available and will publish incidents on our status page. Self-hosted and negotiated agreements may include a specific service level commitment.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend an account for non-payment or for a breach of section 4, and will give notice and a chance to fix the problem where it is reasonable to do so. On termination you may export your content for 30 days.
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with at least the care it uses for its own, and will use it only to perform under these terms.
The service is provided as is, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any twelve month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period.
We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify account holders by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, and the courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction.
