How Coastal Carolina Tech LLC handles information when you use Dream Maker.

The name, email address and company name you provide when you create an account or request access, any note you add to an early-access request, and authentication details needed to sign you in. Early-access requests are kept in Coastal Carolina Tech's own customer records, the Main Street suite, so our team can follow up.
The memory your fleet builds for each project, and the repository references you connect. This content belongs to you. We process it to provide the service and for no other purpose.
Counts of the operations your account performs, so we can bill accurately and keep the service running. These are counts, not content.
Payments are processed by Stripe. You enter your card or other payment details on Stripe's own page, and they go to Stripe, not to us. We keep only the identifiers Stripe gives us for your customer record and your payment method, and the invoices we raise. Stripe's handling of payment details is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
Basic, aggregate information about visits to this website. We do not use advertising trackers or sell information to anyone.
We do not use your project content to train models. Your code and your memory are processed to serve your own fleet and nothing else.
You supply your own model provider credentials. When your agents run, prompts go directly to the provider you chose under your own agreement with them. Their handling of that data is governed by their terms, not ours.
You can reach Dream Mind from an AI assistant: through the Dream Mind plugin for Claude
Code, or through the Dream Mind connector at mcp.dmzdm.app from Claude on the
web, Cowork or another MCP client. When you do:

Dream Maker is a service for businesses and developers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Where we process personal data on your behalf, we act as processor and you as controller. We will enter a data processing agreement on request. We use a small number of sub-processors:
We will tell account holders before adding a sub-processor that handles project content, and provide the current list, with each sub-processor's location, on request.
Project content is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete a project or close your account, content is removed from active systems and from backups on our standard backup cycle. Billing records are retained as long as required by law. The connector keeps nothing to retain: what it issues expires on its own, as set out above.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within the time the applicable law requires.
We are based in the United States and may process information there. Where we transfer personal data from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate safeguards including standard contractual clauses.
