How Coastal Carolina Tech LLC handles information when you use Dream Maker.

Last updated 3 September 2026

Who we are

Dream Maker is operated by Coastal Carolina Tech LLC ("we", "us"), South Carolina, United States. For any privacy question, write to [email protected].

Information we collect

Account information

The email address and company name you provide when you create an account or request access, plus authentication details needed to sign you in.

Project content

The memory your fleet builds for each project, and the repository references you connect. This content belongs to you. We process it to provide the service and for no other purpose.

Usage information

Counts of the operations your account performs, so we can bill accurately and keep the service running. These are counts, not content.

Site analytics

Basic, aggregate information about visits to this website. We do not use advertising trackers or sell information to anyone.

How we use information

  • To provide, maintain and improve the service.
  • To bill your account and enforce plan limits.
  • To contact you about your account, security matters and material changes to the service.
  • To meet legal obligations.

We do not use your project content to train models. Your code and your memory are processed to serve your own fleet and nothing else.

Model providers

You supply your own model provider credentials. When your agents run, prompts go directly to the provider you chose under your own agreement with them. Their handling of that data is governed by their terms, not ours.

Data processing and sub-processors

Where we process personal data on your behalf, we act as processor and you as controller. We will enter a data processing agreement on request. We use a small number of infrastructure sub-processors for hosting, email and payment handling, and maintain a current list which we provide on request to any customer.

Retention

Project content is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete a project or close your account, content is removed from active systems and from backups on our standard backup cycle. Billing records are retained as long as required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within the time the applicable law requires.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and may process information there. Where we transfer personal data from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate safeguards including standard contractual clauses.

Security

See our security page for how we protect information, including isolation between projects and write-only handling of credentials.

Changes

If we make a material change to this policy we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect, and update the date at the top of this page.
