Why we built this

We ran agent fleets on our own projects before we built anything to help them. The agents were good. The problem was that every session started from nothing: reading the same files, drawing the same conclusions, and losing all of it when the session ended.

The work an agent does is valuable. What it learns while doing that work is worth more, and almost every setup throws it away. Dream Maker exists to keep it.

What we believe

• Knowledge should outlive the session that produced it. A team's understanding of its own system is its most valuable asset.
• People decide, agents execute. When something is genuinely in question, it goes to a person with the evidence attached.
• Everything should be traceable. If your fleet believes something, you should be able to see exactly why.
• Your work stays yours. Your code, your knowledge and your model keys go where you choose.
